What it costs

My standard charge is $50 an hour. If your job turns out to be more complex, we'll talk it through and agree it before I go ahead.

Remote support is charged in 15 min / $15 intervals, minimum charge $15. 😊 A lot can be resolved in 15 min 😊

In person or remote Remote Option: please help me over a remote session I connect to your computer over the internet, charged per 15 minutes (see above). I'd prefer you to support me in person Leave both unticked for a drop-off, or if you're not sure.
